How will the balloon be given to me?  

• Un-inflated (Flat packaging)
  • The balloon will arrive deflated together with three (3) LED Lights. (no ribbon is provided)
• Helium-Inflated Balloon
  • Helium inflated balloon will be tied with 1.6m ribbon and hold down with a FREE water weight. Balloon will only float 6 to 8 hours. Please purchase decorated weight separately if you prefer not to have water balloon weight.
