- Standard processing time is 7 working days with NO additional charge.
- Express processing time is 4 to 6 working days with an additional charge of $10.
- Super Express processing time is 3 working days with an additional charge of $30.

Custom Party Prop Terms & Condition
- We provide ONE minor editing service to the banner design, e.g. change font size or colour.
- When you have approved artwork, no change is allowed.
- Any additional changes fee of $5 will be imposed per amendment.
- Our designer has the final right to change the resolution or brightness of the photo to best fit the overall banner design.
- Items are available for Self-Collection or Delivery Charges may apply.
- We do not email out the soft copy of prop artwork.
