How early should I arrange for delivery?

We recommend arranging for delivery 1 to 2 hours before event start time.  Kindly note

Do you provide tear-down service?
We do not provide tear-down balloon column service. The balloon column can be easily disposed of using a pointy object to deflate the balloons.
