How long will you need to setup?
Party Wholesale will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to setup the balloons. Kindly allow us 3 hours before event to setup the balloon backdrop. Everything will belong to you! This balloon decor is most suitable for indoor air-condition location (e.g. indoor function room, hotel room or living room)
