How will the balloon be given to me?  

• Un-inflated (Flat packaging)
  • The giant balloon will arrive deflated and in a sealed pack. (no ribbon is provided)
• Helium-Inflated Balloon
  • The medium size latex balloon will be helium inflated, tied with 1.6m ribbon and hold down with a FREE water weight. 
  • Float approximately 12-18 hours
• Normal Air-Inflated (Air-filled) Balloon
  • The medium size latex balloon will be inflated with air and balloon will not float. Great for filling the floor with balloons. 
• Normal Air-Inflated (Air-filled) Balloon + Tied to Cup Stick
  • The medium size latex balloon will be inflated with air and tied to cup stick. Great to give away as a door gift!

How early should I arrange collection or delivery for latex balloons?

• Helium-inflated latex balloons only have only 10 hours floating lifespan, we highly encourage customer to arrange collection or delivery two to three hours before party start time.
• Air-Inflated Balloon can be collected earlier (e.g. one day prior to event date)

What will happen to the balloons after they exceed the recommended floating time?

Over time, helium-inflated latex balloon will shrink in size (smaller). Eventually, after exceeding the recommended floating time they will start to drop to the ground.
